Is this a pyramid scheme?+
No. Override pays commission strictly on real product sales — never on recruitment, signups or headcount. There are no joining fees or buy-ins, and tier depth is capped (up to 10). Each tier beyond the first is a small override on actual sales.
What customer data do you store?+
The minimum: order id, order name, totals, currency and discount codes. We never store customer name, email, phone or address. We implement Shopify's mandatory data-subject webhooks and encrypt payout details with AES-256-GCM.
How does attribution work?+
Two ways, automatically. Each affiliate gets a unique Shopify discount code; when a customer checks out with it, we map the order to the affiliate. We also run a privacy-friendly last-click Web Pixel, so a referred sale is still credited within your cookie window even if the code isn't applied at checkout.
How are affiliates paid?+
Commissions clear after your hold window. Connect your PayPal to pay affiliates in one click, or export a CSV and pay however you like — then mark the batch paid. Affiliates are emailed automatically when they earn and when they're paid.
Can I change commission rates later?+
Yes. You control tier count, rates, commission base, hold days, payout minimum and branding at any time — plus optional performance auto-tiers that raise a top affiliate's rate at a revenue milestone. Changes apply to future conversions.
